Shipping Policy

Products will be shipped via Canada Post or UPS/Purolator Courier

Shipping rates are based on product prices. Your subtotal will dictate which shipping price bracket you will fall under. Taxes and oversize charges are extra.

Over-sized items are subject to a extra $12 shipping fee.

Whitewater Boats under 10 feet can be shipped by Courier. Quote's available on product pages.

We also ship products worldwide. Contact us for shipping rates on the products you desire.

Unless otherwise stated, or included in as a part of a promotion, the customer will incur all shipping charges.

Return and Exchange Policy

Ottawa Paddle Shack will accept returns for credit or exchange on items that are received in new, unused condition, and have all original tags and packaging. Ottawa Paddle Shack must receive merchandise for an exchange or return within 45 days of your purchase date.
Please follow these steps:

1. Call 1 866 KAYAKS6 (1 866 529 2576)and request a Return Authorization (R/A) Number. Please have your invoice/receipt # ready when you call.

2. Write the R/A # clearly on your package

3. Include a copy of your invoice/receipt with your return. All returns should be properly packaged and insured.

4. Returns will be refunded the original purchase price. You may exchange a product once without additional charges. A 15% restocking fee may be charged to an item if it is exchanged multiple times. Shipping charges will not be refunded and in all cases are the responsibility of the customer.

5. All conditions and terms must be met to receive a return or exchange.

Warranty Policy

At Paddle Shack we do enormous research to bring you the best quality products from top brands. From time to time some products do fail during use as a result of manufactures defect. We have great relationships with all our suppliers and will work hard to determine if your product can be replaced by the manufacturers warranty.

If you feel that a product you bought online broke as a result of manufactures defect and is still under the manufactures warranty period please call us at 1 866 KAYAKS6 (1 866 529 2576) or 613-725-5259 and have your invoice/receipt # ready when you call. Products without a invoice/receipt cannot be warrantied as they are required by the manufacture.
